Wow, sometimes I'm mentally losing it and the workouts are helping. My mind has been frazzled, things have been going awry, but I keep busting butt. THe only thing I've noticed going good is my weight loss and I'm not going to stop until I'm at my goal!
You know what guys I weighed myself a couple days ago and I'm finally below 300 pounds! I know that doesn't seem that good to you who are all in shape and stuff. lol. I was however 358 pounds in May, and I was embarrassed. I didn't tell very many people, I even whispered it to my best friend hoping she wouldn't hear. It's hard to lose yourself that much to food and inactivity. It's hard to admit defeat. It's also hard to fight and struggle to lose it. I know about having a hard life. I'm not giving up.
The other day I worked out with a few of my more "in shape" friends. Let's just say some of the things they were doing was waaaaaayyyy intimidating. I didn't stop working though. While they were busy doing handstands and other advanced stuff I was dancing around and doing workouts I learned at Zumba. I feel like it's not about how challenging the workouts to everyone, it's about how challenging they are to me. It's also about constant movement. I've also been walking a lot lately. Today was a bad day and I was glad it was nice out, perfect to walk away my sorrow.
Sometimes in life we hit roadblocks, I guess it's important to push them down and keep going. Your much stronger than you think you are! GET IT!
